Show and feature eight or more comedians per night including national touring comics from Comedy Central, Showtime, and NBC’s Last Comic Standing, and the best of the local pros. By having a variety of comics on each show, The Backdoor gives audiences the opportunity to see a diverse group of performers, each bringing their own unique style of comedy to every show.

The Backdoor has been located in a pizzeria, a deli, a bowling alley – twice, a cafe, a sports bar, a bar in Deep Ellum, and for the last 2 years at its present location in the Arts District in downtown Dallas.
