Bonnie Wenk Park Dog Park – McKinney, Texas
The Bonnie Wenk Dog Park offers two separate areas for large and small dogs. While little dogs may enter the large dog area, big dogs are not allowed to go inside the small dog area. Dog Park at Bonnie Wenk McKinney’s Very Own Park for Our Canine Friends to Unleash the Fun!
If your puppy weighs less than 25 pounds, it is recommended that they play in the small dog area. In addition to ample space for running around, the site features a splash pad where the hounds can cool off during hot Texas summers (Remember to bring a towel to dry your pup off).
The area is also well-shaded, and there are plenty of spots for you and your fellow dog parents to sit while you keep an eye on your charges. Doggie waste bags, trash cans, and drinking water are provided for everyone’s convenience.

This is also a good place for a jog, a good walk, and outdoor exercise in general.
