With the recent expansion of FM 423, residents have smooth access to a host of options in the immediate Frisco area as well as on Highway 380 just north of the neighborhood. Or, travel south to The Colony and Plano in minutes.

Grayhawk public schools nearby are pretty great, ranking better than the Dallas-Ft Worth region average. Grayhawk is conveniently located right off Eldorado Parkway in northwest Frisco. It is one of Frisco’s 5-Star Communities, located north of Panther Creek Parkway and south of Teel Parkway, between Teel Parkway and FM423. Near Grayhawk, there is no shortage of excellent public education opportunities. Sue Wilson Stafford Middle School, Mary M. Boals Elementary School, Lone Star High School, and Billy Gene Phillips Elementary School are just a few of the local Frisco Independent School District schools that have garnered high marks for their educational programs.
