This park is suitable for walking, and family activities. In addition to its natural scenery, this park also has a playground and drinking water.
It’s uniquely designed around historical, western-themed buildings. The play equipment is made to look like you’re stepping back in time, which is so fun for the imagination.

Fort Wildflower
Fort Wildflower Playground is the newest addition to Heritage Park in Flower Mound. The 12,500-square-foot community-built playground offers play features adapted from the drawings of local elementary students and was built with the help of numerous volunteers. The nature-themed park is outfitted with biking trails, an amphitheater, restrooms, and a pedestrian bridge. The expansive playground also offers separate play areas for kids big and small and numerous swings.
This is a large playground with lots of space for running, yet it’s almost entirely enclosed by a wall that runs along the outside perimeter. There is much for kids of all ages to explore here — rock climbing walls, a music station, various rope-climbing structures, monkey bars, swings, and slides. The well-designed layout, with its winding paths, tunnels, and ramps encourages kids curious about what’s around the bend. The layout certainly entertains little ones for a long time.
