L Streets – Dallas, Texas

The L Streets is a neighborhood in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas (USA). It is generally bounded by Ferndale Road on the west, Northwest Highway (Loop 12) on the south, Plano Road on the east, and Kingsley/Walnut Hill on the north. However, it excludes commercial property on its southwest and southeast corners, apartments along Northwest Highway, and a church on its northeast corner.

The L Streets neighborhood was developed beginning in 1954 and is named because most street names begin with the letter L. Part of the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, were about 1050 single-family homes located within the boundaries of Walnut Hill Ln., Plano Rd., Ferndale Rd., and Northwest Hwy.

The L Streets offers residents a prime location with easy access to a host of amenities, locally known as a synonym for peaceful tree-lined streets and a super friendly community atmosphere.

Unique for its proximity to the lake and natural green spaces, White Rock Lake, nestled just northwest of the L Streets, is a local favorite.
