She left her professional career as a CPA to follow her dream, of cooking for others’ enjoyment. Her passion developed over time as she read, studied, and practiced her craft. She began catering throughout the DFW Metroplex in 2008. She focused on international cuisine; all made by hand using the freshest ingredients herbs and spices available.
Menus were always customer-driven designed to not only meet their needs but to exceed their expectations in both quality and creativity. Following several years of catering, Sher opened Next Bistro as her restaurant. Each year Next has evolved and has grown through my continued efforts to provide cuisine that her guests will enjoy now and as they return to try ‘what’s next’ at Next Bistro. The evolution continues.

Next Bistro is privately owned and operated and was recognized with a DiRoNA (Distinguished Restaurants of North America) for 2019. Next has grown out of a passion for creating dishes that will not only be enjoyed during dining but will be memorable for the guests and make them anxious for their ‘Next’ visit.
Next Bistro is unlike many other fine dining establishments as they offer a rather large menu, with every dish receiving the same care and attention as our house specialties. They live by their motto to ‘Do Our Best to Do Our Best. Rewards and recognition are important, but nothing surpasses the joy experienced when a guest reaches out to say ‘thank you’ for the experience that they just enjoyed.

Next Bistro’s ‘Chandelier Room’ has a seating capacity of 65 guests. This lovely space can be divided into 2 smaller areas for more intimate, yet still private, events. We also have 2 video monitors available for presentations.
Wine Wednesday at Next Bistro – Colleyville, Texas
Wine Wednesday is our way to introduce wines typically available only on a by-the-bottle basis to our guests by the glass on Wednesday evening each week. The selections vary weekly and they hope that you will check to see what interesting and delicious wines they have chosen to showcase that week.
