Upright Theatre Company is a tax-exempt nonprofit theater located on Main St. in Euless, TX. It was founded in 2020 with the goal of providing high-quality artistic and educational programming for the community. Upright Theatre Company promotes artistic excellence in the performing arts, along with education and outreach opportunities that work to provide public access to the arts and arts education.
Upright Theatre Co. presents an annual season of plays, musicals, and artistic events for all ages and interests. In addition, Upright Theatre Co. provides acting, dance, and musical theatre classes for students ages three to adult.

Upright Theatre Co. is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and professional educational experience for emerging artists taught by theater industry professionals through at-home, in-person, and group training.
At Upright Theatre Company, we understand the profound effect that the arts can have on an individual. Our goal is to enrich the lives of our students by encouraging empathy, compassion, creative thinking, and self-esteem.
Classes at Upright Performing Arts include connections to Social and Emotional Learning concepts that help students become well-rounded, responsible individuals. SEL concepts include self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
Virtual Performing Arts Enrichment Program
Upright Theatre Co. is excited to partner with education programs to provide a virtual Performing Arts Enrichment Program for the 2020-2021 school year. The program will feature six-week-long instructional units ranging from Exploring the Arts through History and Pop Culture to The Art of Production Design. Each lesson will feature 30 minutes of pre-recorded instruction taught by theater industry professionals, along with a 15-20 minute activity that can be explored by students individually at home or in groups during in-person training.
Accompanying these lessons, Upright Theatre Co. will provide instructor lesson plans and digital study guides for students featuring curriculum connections, opportunities for exploration of social and emotional learning concepts, and tips for real-life application of the skills being covered.
