Condos

There are 75 condominiums located in a 4-story building called the South Tower. Condominiums range in size from 1,000 sf to 2,000 sf. Condominiums are accessed by enclosed air-conditioned hallways and 2 elevators located at each end of the building. There are 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condos with a variety of interior finishes including 10’ ceilings, crown moldings, wood, and tile floors, and full gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

There are 2 choices for vehicle parking in the Condo building including a gated community garage with a designated space and carports located in front of the building with a designated space.

Villas

There are 73 villas located in two separate GATED villages called EAST and WEST villages. Villas range in size from 2,000 sf to 3,000 sf. Most villas have a minimum of 2 car garages, and 2 and 3 bedrooms, some have studies, bonus rooms, and more than one dining room. Villas are attached home with 3 and 6 homes to one building.

Custom Cottages

There are 33 custom cottages built by local builders located in the GATED SOUTH Village. South Village is NOT a part of the Watermere Club House and Condominium Association. South Village residents must be 55 years of age, but their HOA dues are $2500 per year and include front yard maintenance, A GATED COMMUNITY, and shared access to the Tennis Court, Private Fishing Lake, and Covered Pavilion.
