(WFMRAI) is located in the north Texas Town of Flower Mound which is centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth and just minutes north of the DFW airport. The association includes Wellington of Flower Mound Phases 1-9, Brandywine at Wellington, Hillcrest at Wellington Phases 1-2, Wichita Chase Phases 1-4 (including Lakewood and the Oaks of Wellington), Wellington Estates Phases 1-3 and Wellington Manor.
