Southridge Lakes – Southlake, Texas
South Ridge Lakes is located on the north side of Southlake Boulevard just east of Carroll Sr. High School. The neighborhood is easily recognizable by the beautiful stone clubhouse cantilevered out over one of the neighborhood’s ponds at the beautifully landscaped entrance. The drive into South Ridge Lakes is flanked by fountains in two of the seven neighborhood lakes.
One of Southlake’s larger neighborhoods, the 385 homes that make up South Ridge Lakes were custom-built between 1990 and 1996. The neighborhood offers more amenities than most any other subdivision in the area and includes four tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, a competition-sized community pool, athletic fields, and a pavilion. Homes are typically situated on half-acre and larger lots.
Southridge Lakes is special for its amenities and community involvement. A lot of work goes into making this community one of a kind and the homeowners take great pride in making “SRL” stand out from its neighbors.

Additionally, the Board of Directors meets every month, on the second Tuesday, to conduct HOA business. The meetings are held at the clubhouse, 111 Southridge Lakes Parkway, and commence at 6 PM. Owners are welcome to attend to observe.
